JORDIN HOWELL

I'm Jordin Howell, a mass media designer originally from Memphis, TN and currently residing in Cincinnati, OH. With a B.A. in Creative Mass Media and an M.A. in Visual Media from the University of Memphis, my journey has been a fusion of creativity and technology. These two aspects perfectly align with my interests, which encompass graphic design, layout design, video production and editing, photography, and social media – all of which you can explore in my portfolio.

Over the past five years and more, I've been dedicated to assisting a diverse clientele in shaping visually captivating and user-friendly creations. While my design career began with a focus on print and digital design, I swiftly expanded my expertise to encompass web design, social media, and large-scale environmental design, thanks to my professional path and freelance endeavors. My journey has included valuable collaborations across various departments and divisions at the University of Memphis, where the foundational principles of usability and accessibility are paramount.

What truly fuels my passion is the opportunity to immerse myself in my clients' aspirations and facilitate the transformation of their visions for their intended audiences. Whether I'm crafting a technology solutions company website or conceptualizing a vibrant design for a local construction van wrap, developing social media campaigns for health and nutrition initiatives, or spearheading the visual identity for Memphis's inaugural all-women hackathon – be it a non-profit organization or a small startup – the diversity of my clientele and the breadth of their projects consistently enrich my work.
